BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) — Police say one Seahawks fan had a blast – times five. According to authorities, a Bellingham, Washington, man fired his shotgun into the air last Sunday to celebrate the Seahawks victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

Neighbors complained and officers say they found five shotgun shells in the man’s yard.

The Seahawks No.1 defense is known as the “Legion of Boom.”

And police say the man admitted he was responsible for the shotgun booms.

Police tell The Bellingham Herald the suspect had been drinking. He was busted for discharging a weapon within city limits.
